Original content, logos, design elements, and editorial materials on the Sites are owned by or licensed to The World Access™ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any of our proprietary content without prior written permission.

6. Travel Services (TheTravelAccess.com)
TheTravelAccess.com is a travel meta-search platform and host agency. We search and compare offers from third-party booking providers. When you click through to a booking provider, you are leaving our Site and entering into a transaction with that provider under their own terms and conditions.
We are not a party to any booking transaction and are not responsible for the accuracy of pricing, availability, cancellation policies, or the fulfillment of travel services by third-party providers.
7. Photo Licensing (ThePhotoAccess.com)
Images available through ThePhotoAccess.com are subject to individual licensing agreements. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of licensed images is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. All licensing inquiries must be directed to info@TheWorldAccess.com.
